200g/7oz potatoes, peeled and chopped into small cubes nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
2) Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. Add the pasta and cook for 10 – 12 minutes.
3) In another pan of boiling water cook the potatoes and Swiss chard for 5 minutes. Drain well.
4) In a large frying pan sautée 1 clove of garlic in the butter over a medium low heat for a couple of minutes then add the potatoes and Swiss chard, fry until soft.
5) Put the pasta, potatoes, chard and cheese to a large oven proof dish and mix well.
6) Heat the rest of the butter in the same frying pan and fry the remaining garlic until cooked.
7) Pour the garlic butter over and top with the Parmeasan.
8) Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden.
