Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Chop and saute the leeks in a little olive oil for 5 minutes.
2) make a rue with the butter flour and milk.
3) Ad the grated cheddar and melt.
4) Add the suatéed leeks to an oven proof tray and pour over the cheese sauce.
5) Bake for approx 25 minutes in a hot oven until the cheese is bubbling and turning golden.
