An old school recipe that reduces the risk of dementia, detoxes your liver and gives you energy. The simple recipe makes it great for a midweek supper, plus it can be eaten hot or cold.

1 pkt ready rolled puff pastry nutritional information
1 pkt ready rolled puff pastry

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Preheat oven to 190°C, Gas 5
2) Season the sausage meat and mix in the chopped onion and herbs.
3) Lay the pastry onto a greased baking tray.
4) Place the mixture down the centre of the pastry, lengthways.
5) Make diagonal cuts down the edges of the pastry and fold over the sausage meat to make a plait pattern.
6) Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
