Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Preheat the oven to 160C/ 140C fan/gas 3.
2) In an ovenproof casserole dish mix all of the ingredients together except the beans.
3) Bake in the oven, covered for 2½ hrs.
4) Stir in the beans and bake for 30 mins more or until the beef is tender.
