What are the health benefits of Stir fried beef and onions?

Contribute to the normal functioning of your heart and the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels with this very savoury stir fry. If you love the flavour of ginger you could add the ginger to the marinade to infuse the beef with more ginger flavour and marinate for longer.

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Cut the beef into thin slices, about the size of a postage stamp.
2) Mix the beef with the soy sauce, sherry and cornflour and leave the mixture to marinate for about 20 minutes.
3) Roughly chop the slices of ginger root.
4) Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan until hot, then add the ginger, spring onions and onion and stir.
5) Add the beef. Stir constantly and keep the heat high.
6) As soon as the beef pieces have separated from each other, arrange them on a hot serving dish and serve at once.
