Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Peel and slice the onion. Put into a bowl with honey, oil, soy sauce, wine, ginger, garlic, sugar and allspice.
2) Add the riblets, cover, and leave to marinade in the fridge overnight.
3) Preheat oven to 190°C, Gas 5.
4) Put the meat in a roasting tin and spoon over the marinade.
5) Bake in the centre of the oven for 1 hour, basting frequently.
