12 slices of Parma ham
8 fresh figs
A few dashes of balsamic vinegar
1) Wash and dry the figs, cut them in quarters being careful not to damage them. 2) Place a slice of Parma ham on 4 plates and top each with two figs. 3) Drizzle each fig with balsamic vinegar and top with rolled slice of Parma ham in each 4) Serve immediately.
