60g of sun-dried tomatoes cut into thin strips nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2) Cut off any tough woody ends of the broccoli stems. Thinner stems should be left whole, thicker stems should be halved or quartered lengthways. Cut each piece in half.
3) Cut the chillies into pieces and shake out the seeds.
4) Pour a thin layer of olive oil into a large, oven proof casserole pot
5) Cover with a thick layer of broccoli, scatter over half the garlic, tomatoes, olives, chilli's and half the remaining oil.
6) Season. Repeat the layers.
7) Pour over the wine and pop the lid on.
8) Place into the oven and cook for 40mins, or until the liquid has almost evaporated, and the broccoli stems are cooked through. Removethe lid towards the end of cooking if necessary.
9) Put the casserole on the table, (on a board) and serve straight from the pot, scattering with shavings of Parmesan.
