Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Chop the onion and bacon finely.
2) Melt the butter in a small non-stick pan
3) Add the onion and bacon and fry for a few minutes until cooked.
4) Break the egg into the pan and stir with a wooden spoon until just cooked. 
5) Serve straight away on toast if preferred.
