What are the health benefits of Thai pork skewers - Moo ping?

These simple pork skewers will contribute to the maintenance of your mental and emotional state, plus help reduces tiredness and fatigue and more. You'll need small wooden skewers which you should soak for 2 - 3 hours.

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Make a marinade paste by pounding the coriander stems, garlic, and peppercorns together.
2) Put the pork, marinade paste, fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce and baking soda into a large bowl, mix well and cover.
3) Place into the refrigerator and leave to marinate for 3-4 hours.
4) Thread the pork onto the skewers quite tightly scrunched together.
5) Grill on a barbecue until slightly charred on the outside and cooked through on the inside. Alternatively cook under a medium grill turning occasionally until cooked as above.
6) Brush the pork with the coconut milk occasionally while it’s on the grill.
7) Serve with sticky rice and a dipping sauce of your choice
