200g asparagus with the ends snapped off nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Remove the salmon fillets from the fridge and bring to room temperature 10 minutes before cooking.
2) Melt the butter with the oil in a pan over a medium high heat.
3) Season the salmon fillets and add to the pan skin down, cook for 4 minutes.
4) Turn the salmon over and cook until it feels firm to the touch, about 3 minutes more.
5) Meanwhile steam the asparagus until just tender and drain.
6) Mix the remaining ingredients together to make a fresh summer salsa.
7) To serve arrange the asparagus on a plate, top with the salsa and the cooked salmon.
8) Pour over any butter remaining in the pan and enjoy.
