Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1. Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
2. Place garlic cloves in some foil, drizzle with 1 teaspoon of oil, wrap and cook in oven for 20 minutes.
3. Boil potatoes for 20 minutes.
4. Mash the potatoes with the roasted garlic, soya milk, the remaining oil and salt and pepper.
5. Enjoy!
