2g/1tsp dried mixed herbs
100g/1 onion, very finely chopped
1 pkt ready rolled puff pastry
Salt and pepper to taste
1) Preheat oven to 190°C, Gas 5 2) Season the sausage meat and mix in the chopped onion and herbs. 3) Lay the pastry onto a greased baking tray. 4) Place the mixture down the centre of the pastry, lengthways. 5) Make diagonal cuts down the edges of the pastry and fold over the sausage meat to make a plait pattern. 6) Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
