Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:
1) Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a high heat and cook the sausages and onions, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes.
2) Add the garlic and chilli flakes and cook for a minute or two more.
3) Add the tinned tomatoes with the drained kidney beans and borlotti beans.
4) Bring up to a simmer, season to taste and cook for 20 minutes more until the sausages are cooked through.
5) Sprinkle with the parsley before serving.
