Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1. Pre-heat oven to 200C/392F/Gas mark 7.
2. Add the potatoes and radish to a roasting pan, cover with 2 tbsp of olive oil and season. Roast for 30 minutes until golden, turning once.
3. Whisk the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and the remaining olive oil together.
4. Take the potatoes and radish out of the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
5. Plate the potatoes and radish, top with the watercress and mackerel torn into pieces, then drizzle with the yogurt dressing. Season to taste.
