Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Put the pasta on to boil.
2) Fry the crushed garlic and onions until soft.
3) Once the onions are cooked add in the tin of sardines and warm up.
4) Drain the pasta and put into the onion and fish sauce and mix well.
5) Serve with a sprinkling of parmesan.
