200ml double cream
150g/3 eggs, separated nutritional information
150g/3 eggs, separated
15g/1 tbsp icing sugar nutritional information
15g/1 tbsp icing sugar

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn't touch the water level.
2) Remove from heat. Stir in the icing sugar and egg yolks.
3) Whip the cream until stiff, and fold into the chocolate.
4) Whisk the egg whites until stiff and fold into the chocolate.
5) Spoon into 6 individual dishes, chill for 1-2 hours until set.
