What are the health benefits of Kohlrabi?

Kohlrabi is an unusual veg that comes with support for your immune system, brain, heart and mood.

It’s a member of the cabbage family with a flavour like broccoli stem or cabbage hearts only milder and sweeter.

Cooking tips

Kohlrabi can be eaten raw, thinly sliced with dips or in a slaw or can be cooked. Stir fry or steam for maximum micronutrient retention.

The leaves can also be eaten as a change to collard greens or kale.
