Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Mix all of the dry ingredients together with the tomato ketchup for the jerk seasoning .
2) Put the pork chops in a bowl and coat with the seasoning.
3) Cover with cling film and marinate for 2 to 4 hours or overnight if you have the time.
4) Heat the grill and add the pork chops and grill for 5 - 8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
5) Baste with left over marinade while you cook.
