Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Preheat oven to 220°C, Gas 7,
2) Soak 16 kebab sticks in a little water.
3) In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients and knead, using the hands, to blend evenly.
4) Divide the mixture into 16 equal portions.
5) Shape a portion of the meat around the kebab stick to a length of about 10cm.
6) Put the kebab onto a greased baking sheet.
7) Repeat with remaining meat.
8) Bake on the top shelf of the oven for 15-20 minutes.
