2 wheat tortillas nutritional information
2 wheat tortillas
4 tablespoons passata nutritional information
4 tablespoons passata
50g mature cheddar, grated nutritional information
50g mature cheddar, grated
Salt and pepper to taste nutritional information

85g ham chopped nutritional information
85g ham chopped
Handful of basil leaves, optional nutritional information
Handful of basil leaves, optional
Pinch mixed herbs nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6.
2) Put 2 baking trays into the oven to heat up.
3) Spread the passata over the tortillas making sure to spread right out to the edges.
4) Scatter the cheddar over the top.
5) Sprinkle on the spring onions, tomatoes, herbs and ham.
6) Season to taste.
7) Carefully place on the baking trays and bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes until the cheese has melted.
8) Remove very carefully from the baking trays and scatter with the basil if using, just before serving.
