20g/2 vegetable stock cubes nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Peel and cut the yam tuber into medium sizes.
2) Wash the yam cubes and place in a sizeable pot.
3) Wash and cut the onions into tiny pieces. Set aside.
4) Pour enough water to cover the yam cubes and start cooking at medium to high heat.
5) When the yams have got a good boil, add the onions, dried shrimp, pepper, stock cubes, oil and the smoked fish.
6) Cover the pot and continue cooking till the yam is done.
7) Add salt to taste and stir very well.
8) Cook at high heat for about 5 minutes.
9) Leave to stand for about 5 minutes then serve.
