Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Preheat oven to 180°C, Gas 4.
2) Arrange the beef in a casserole dish.
3) In a bowl, blend together the ground cashew nuts, oil, curry paste, soured cream, flour and water.
4) Pour the mixture evenly over the meat, cover, and cook in a , for 1¼ - 1½ hours, or until meat is tender.
5) Stir once or twice during cooking. Garnish with the toasted nuts just before serving.
