This recipe is for shop bought salsa but if you would like to make it yourself please follow the instructions below.
1) Finely chop the dry ingredients. 2) Mix all ingredients together in a deep bowl. 3) Blitz gently with a hand held blender until you have reached the desired consistency. 4) Leave for 30 minutes before serving with vegetable batons or tortilla chips.
This will keep for a few days in the fridge but is best served fresh. Portion size based on 15g per person
