With winter now here there are only a few foods coming into season. Click on the names below to find out more.

Bramley Apples


Bramley apples are a good source of vitamin A which protects your cells, supports your immune system, contributes to your skin, blood vessels, bones and organs and reduces tiredness and fatigue!

Grapefruit


Half a grapefruit is an excellent source of Vitamin C, benefits as above, plus it a good source of flavonoids which may contribute to your heart & healthy blood pressure & may provide protection from cancer, osteoporosis, cataracts & strokes! 

Mackerel



Mackerel fillets are an excellent source of: Omega 3 EPA/DHA, Vitamin B12, Niacin (B3), Selenium, vitamin D and phosphorus which:

  • for the health of your blood cells,
