What are the health benefits of Beef rib eye steak?

Rib eye steaks are becoming increasingly popular which is great as they are rich in protection for your heart, cells, immune system, happiness and detox processes.

Rib eyes are from the rib section of a cow, between ribs 6 – 12. In the US they often have the bone attached. Being the fattiest of the high end steaks they are full of flavour.

Beef also contains a fat called conjugated linoleic acid which has been shown to have anti-cancer properties - see link below

Cooking tips

Remove from the refrigerator and leave your ribeye to come to room temperature for at least 45 minutes before cooking and season with lots of salt and pepper. Because they are so full of flavour you really don’t need anything else.
