Enough water to just cover the pasta nutritional information

1 tsp flour nutritional information

40g/4 dessert spoons grated cheddar  nutritional information

Method

Simply follow our simply laid out recipe:

1) Mix the macaroni, water and salt in a microwaveable mug.
2) Place the mug in a bowl as it will boil over.
3) Microwave for 3 minutes, then pour any spilt water back in.
4) Stir and microwave for 2 minutes more.
5) Pour any water back in, add the milk, cheese, flour, salt and pepper, then stir.
6) Microwave for another 30 seconds.
7) Stir well to mix.
8) Allow to stand for a minute and stir again before eating.
